This coffee is from the Guji Zone of the Cheri ward in the Hagermaryam district located within Sidamo. This is a privately owned organization that has roughly 700 contributing farmers using the mill at Cheri. This region is world renowned for it’s natural/dry processed coffees in which the coffee cherries are picked then dried in the fruit on raised drying beds. The method imparts intense sweetness and fruit forward characteristics into the coffee seed. This is a grade 1 preparation.
